Cleaner - Glengara Retirement Village
This is an exciting Part Time opportunity for a friendly cleaner to join our team. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Your role will embrace and support our residents with housekeeping and general domestic cleaning duties working at our Glengara Retirement Village located in Tumbi Umbi, Central Coast NSW.
We are seeking a motivated person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team.
Part-time 4 days per week – 7.5 hours per day - between Monday to Friday – Days can be flexible
The position
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high quality cleaning services in residential and common areas
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service
* Reporting and recording any maintenance issues in both residential apartments and common areas
* Maintaining privacy and confidentiality
* Assisting within other areas as required
We're on the lookout for someone with:
* Demonstrated similar domestic or commercial cleaning skills and experience
* Experience in working within the retirement industry an advantage
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of people
* Full Drivers Licence, Comprehensive Insurance and Reliable Transport
* Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
