Homeward Australia is growing, and we're looking for Relocation Managers (Contractors) to support our clients through the rental search process - shortlisting homes, attending inspections, and sharing local insights that make a real difference.
From $50 per hour | Contractor role | Flexible, client-based hours

You're in control. As a contractor, you can choose the clients you'd like to work with and enjoy dynamic hours that typically range from 4 hours per week, depending on where each client is in their search. Please note that there will no be work on all weeks, it is very much ad hoc.
That means you can build a schedule that fits around family, study, another role, or simply more life outside of work.
Be the local expert in your area
You'll act as a trusted "on-the-ground" guide - helping clients find the right home by combining:
* Targeted property searches
* Inspections and in-person feedback
* Local knowledge (suburbs, transport, schools, lifestyle)
* Clear, practical recommendations to help clients decide confidently
Bring your enthusiasm for property and your sharp eye for what makes a home a great fit and we'll help you build the rest.
What you'll need
Valid driver's licence + your own reliable car
A genuine interest in real estate and a strong eye for home condition/inspection details
Flexibility to attend inspections (including weekends and weekday afternoons) based on client needs
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
