**The Role**
If you have a passion for improving business outcomes through process capture, analysis and re-design, we want you!
The Chief Information Officer Group within the Department of Defence is seeking to grow its team of Process Modellers to help mature the CIOG Business Management System (BMS), realise a Digital Twin and contribute to the overall Enterprise BMS capability.
Working in small teams, Process Modeller's are responsible for the capture, analysis, re-design and publishing of all CIOG processes to help mature the CIOG BMS. In addition to process modelling, Process Modeller's are also responsible to capture and represent other supporting data and information, including systems, roles, accountabilities, strategic objectives and policies, including their dependencies and interconnections. Ultimately, the efforts of the Process Modeller's will help to mature the CIOG BMS to a point that it represents an organisational Digital Twin and can be used to identify opportunities for improvement and tangible benefits realisation.
To achieve this, Process Modeller's will need to work across the entire group to identify and prioritise their work. This will require working collaboratively with colleagues outside of the immediate team at all levels and from various professional job families.
