JOB SUMMARY Manage the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs, feeling empowered to make an impact Liaise with contractors, suppliers and like-minded people for equipment and relationship building Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team through general operational tasks Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives showcasing your creativity and innovation skills Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Engineering department Ensure you and th e team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous supervisor experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
