What Your Days Could Look Like:
* Supporting the sales team from listing to settlement
* Preparing contracts, sales documents, and marketing material
* Coordinating open homes, client meetings, and inspections
* Proof and approve property marketing materials
* Book and manage advertising across print and digital platforms
* Managing communication between clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
* Updating and maintaining online property listings
* Tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics
* Assisting with post-sale admin and compliance
* Coordinating photo shoots, signage, floorplans, and property campaigns
* Preparing brochures, signboards, and online marketing collateral
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
• Previous experience in real estate sales admin or office coordination - a must
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong time management and clear communication
• Confidence working with CRMs, property platforms, and contracts
• A calm, proactive attitude and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for supporting a busy, high-trust team environment
