Provide comprehensive training to cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and healthcare professionals on the use of MicroPort Interventional Cardiology (IC) products.
Develop and deliver structured training programs to ensure safe and effective clinical adoption.
Clinical Support
Offer on-site support during interventional cardiology procedures to ensure optimal device performance and address technical or clinical questions.
Assist hospitals in integrating MicroPort IC solutions into their clinical pathways.
Educational Support
Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to educate the medical community on IC technologies and best practices.
Represent MicroPort at national cardiology conferences and medical exhibitions.
Clinical Research Collaboration
Support clinical studies and data collection initiatives related to IC products in collaboration with key opinion leaders and research centers.
Assist in the preparation of clinical reports and publications.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, hospital teams, and key stakeholders across Australia.
Gather user feedback and insights to enhance customer experience and clinical outcomes.
Product Feedback & Improvement
Serve as a vital link between clinical users and the R&D/product management teams, communicating insights to drive product enhancements and innovation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Science, or related field; advanced degree or clinical certification is a plus.
* Previous clinical or technical experience in interventional cardiology is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with catheter lab environment and cardiac procedural workflows.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-focused, clinical mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Australia.
