We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the enterprise‐wide change workstream for our performance and development framework designed to build a high‐performance, growth‐oriented culture. This is a high‐impact role supporting the People team, focused on embedding Pathway as a core part of how leaders and teams set goals, provide feedback, evaluate performance, and drive reward outcomes.
In this role you will:
* Lead the end‐to‐end change workstream for a large, complex, enterprise‐wide people initiative
* Refresh and reinforce the project intent, principles and practices across leaders and teams
* Conduct current‐state and change impact assessments to inform strategy and planning
* Design and deliver an integrated change strategy aligned to the Pathway roadmap
* Drive stakeholder engagement with Executives, senior leaders and People partners
* Deliver change activities including communications, leader enablement, training and coaching
* Define people‐focused success metrics and measure adoption and embedment
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
* 10+ years' experience in senior change management roles
* Hands‐on experience leading change for performance management systems or frameworks
* Proven success leading large, complex, organisation‐wide change programs
* Deep expertise in change frameworks, tools and methodologies
* Strong experience partnering with program managers on major initiatives
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging
* Highly effective stakeholder engagement skills at Executive and senior leader level
* Comfortable working independently while leading change analysts/managers
