Location: Mackay (Away work required at times)
Roster: Monday to Friday
About our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of drilling and blasting services across Queensland. With a reputation for delivering protected, reliable and efficient results to the quarrying, mining, and civil industries, they pride themselves on their professional team and strong pipeline of projects.
What you will be doing:
- Operating and maintaining drill rigs in quarry environments
- Conducting drilling operations in line with project requirements and safety standards
- Completing pre-starts, inspections, and accurate reporting
- Working as part of a skilled and safety-focused team
- Supporting production targets while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
What you will need:
- Proven experience as a Driller (quarry, mining or civil preferred)
- Skill evidence to support Driller experience
- Current White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work away when required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to pass drug and alcohol testing
