Deputy Director of Clinical Operations

* Permanent Full Time, up to 80 hours per fortnight (+ ADO's)
* Nursing & Midwives Enterprise Agreement - ZE9
* $153,639.20 annual salary, + Super and salary packaging

Our preferred candidate will have:

* Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Professional experience and expertise in a senior Nursing management role.
* Dynamic, Pragmatic and a change leader.

The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous:

* Post graduate nursing or management qualifications.
* Management experience in a public health acute services, both rural and metro.
* General knowledge and familiarity of relevant political contexts at local, state and federal levels.
* Experience with hospital expansions and change management.

IMPORTANT:Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.

All appointments with the West Gippsland Healthcare Group are subject to the satisfactory return of professional reference checks, a National Police Record Clearance and a current Employee Working with Children Check. All employees must hold current entitlement to work within Australia. A six month probationary period applies to all new appointments.
