Which means you'll be selling into a market where the demand is real, urgent, and growing fast.
You would be joining at the exact moment when everything's starting to click.
This is an outbound role where you'll create your own pipeline, experiment with creative prospecting, and help shape how Fair Supply reaches new customers.
You won't be handed polished scripts and sequences.
Instead, you'll help build the outbound playbook from scratch, working closely with our SDR in Canada and the broader go-to-market team.
The learning curve is real.
You'll need to get smart on ESG regulations fast.
But here's the payoff: you'll become an expert in a space that's exploding, selling something that makes the world measurably better.
What you'll do
Own your accounts from day one:You'll work a clean, pre-assigned list that no one else is touching, plus a wide-open lane outside our six core industries.
Pass on only what's qualified:You'll use BANT to assess every opportunity.
If it's not a fit, it doesn't get passed through.
Build the playbook as you go:You'll work closely with our Canadian SDR and Head of Sales to test messaging, refine sequences, and help shape how we scale outbound from scratch.
Keep the data tight:HubSpot is how we learn what's working.
Every touchpoint and conversion gets tracked with care.
Feed insights back to the team:You'll share what you're hearing on the ground to help sharpen our targeting, messaging, and product direction.
Learn fast, speak credibly:You don't need to be an ESG expert on day one, but we'll support you to speak confidently with senior stakeholders early.
