About the role:
Working directly with a leading
Partner
with over 25 years of experience.
Advise a
high‑profile clients
ranging from high net‑worth individuals to national and international companies, across a
wide array of industries .
Work on a challenging and varied matters, such as
sales and acquisition, shareholder agreements, licensing, capital raising, intellectual property
and
corporate governance.
The ideal candidate:
There are 2 roles:
junior role is 2 PQE+
and then the
senior role is 4 PQE+ .
A law degree from an accredited
Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Up to date knowledge of relevant laws and legislations.
Excellent communication, analytical & drafting skills.
Team player, with the ability to manage and delegate work.
Strong time management skills in order to manage competing matters.
