About the position… Reporting to the Chief Finance & IT Officer, you will play a pivotal role in a major IT transformation initiative that will modernise our operating systems over the next 12 months.
In addition, you will help support & optimize day-to-day IT infrastructure, lead local IT projects and work in close collaboration with international IT counterparts in the US.
As a result, improving the end user experience of our franchise network for both Frontline Recruitment Group & Express Employment Professionals (ANZ).
A typical day as a Group IT Manager includes: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and support services across all locations in Australia and New Zealand.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of local IT projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Oversee and manage performance of external IT support providers, ensuring alignment with service level expectations.
Partner with US-based global IT and project teams to align local execution with international standards.
Act as the key internal stakeholder for the upcoming IT transformation project, leading the transition to modern core systems.
Identify and drive improvements to IT systems, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and IT policy standards.
Engage and support franchise partners with IT needs, system access, and project integration.

Minimum 3 years' experience in IT management and end-to-end project delivery, ideally within multi-site or franchise business environments.
Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking Advanced understanding of IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices Proven success in managing outsourced IT vendors or managed service providers.
Experience working with global teams and navigating different time zones, cultures, and systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
