The position has overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of several concurrent Financial Crime change projects and programs The projects and programs would be medium to high complexity and the Technology Program Director is responsible for contributing to successful project outcomes, by leading and managing multiple streams of technology related project activities that are aligned to the broader technology strategy and which enables Westpac Financial Crime to achieve its business benefits. An important aspect of the role is establishing & managing effective business relationships with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure scope & cross project dependencies are managed and understood. What do I need? Demonstrated experience in managing and achieving results from medium-high complexity projects and programs with the following characteristics: Technology budget - $10M Project duration – 12 months 7 years managing delivery teams, typically total of 15 resources. 10 years technology project and program management experience. 7 years working in large and complex organisations/corporations. People leader experience with 3 direct reports. Demonstrated ability of delivering projects under the Agile methodology. Demonstrated ability of managing vendors, suppliers and business & technology stakeholders. Demonstrated ability of running concurrent projects and a program of projects. Why join us?
