Are you the next superhero who will guide a team of educators to create thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child? Dive into the world of imaginative curriculum development, transforming learning into an exciting journey filled with discovery and wonder. This role focuses on igniting creativity and curiosity in Educators, helping them become superheroes of the classroom. At Green Leaves Early Learning, our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) supports professional development and offers opportunities created in collaboration with Educators from across the group.
Each day, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including:
- Face-to-face and online mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner (Dr Karen Grubb)
- Monthly Educational Leader Think Tank meetings with colleagues across Australia
- Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
- Access to unlimited information and resources via the NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on PADLET
- Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
- Access to the Learning Leaves Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
- On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth
- The opportunity to apply for and participate in the exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour
- Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund for professional learning and networking across Australia

Ideally, you’ll hold:
- Proven masterful mentoring skills
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- A current State-relevant Working with Children’s Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain on commencement)
- Additional Child Protection Training, per National Law requirements (completion of one of CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057, or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
