About the role
We are thriving and are embedded on long-term infrastructure and mining projects. We are currently calling for Expressions of Interest for an upcoming project based in Southern NSW.
We will require experienced and skilled Charge Up Operators to join this team, your role will be to Operate our MCU vehicles (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and other associated blasting plant and machinery in support of our blast crew. An HR Licence and Security Clearance is mandatory. An opportunity to train as a Shotfirer is available for anyone who shows the right motivation and capabilities.

What you will be doing
7. First and foremost, demonstrating and setting the example of our key company value: 'Safety is our Priority, Always';
8. Operating our MCU Vehicles (Mobile Charge Unit) and other associated blasting plant machinery;
9. Assisting with preventative maintenance on all associated Plant and Machinery;
10. Assisting with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes;
11. Working in tight unison with your teammates to provide excellence in service to our valued customers;
12. At all times acting with integrity and respect.
What you will bring
13. A current Medium Rigid (MR) drivers licence, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement;
14. Previous experience with Orica MCU or Hypercharge™ units using LOADPlus™ (highly regarded);
15. 2+ Years’ experience with production charging using emulsion based products (preferred);
16. Current SSAN security clearance or ability to obtain;
17. Ability to pass all required security checks in which to obtain a Dangerous Goods licence;
18. An excellent, positive and team-based attitude where you look out for your mates;
19. Basic mechanical comprehension is desirable.
