Registered Nurse Position
A skilled Registered Nurse is required to provide high-quality care and support to residents in our dedicated facility. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for aged care and be committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who can undertake clinical, social, and self-care assessments to identify changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to unregulated care workers, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
* Support residents and their families through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.
* Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
* Full Australian working rights and national police clearance.
