The Opportunity
We're offering a chance to join a well-organised and motivated team working on a variety of commercial and residential landscaping projects across the Illawarra, South Coast, and Sydney regions .
We are looking to fill multiple roles in the landscaping team.
Apprentice landscaper - 1st, 2nd,3rd year feel free to apply. Your role would be to assist with landscaping duties and continue to learn under our team leaders.
Skilled Labourer - Assist landscapers with work across small- and large-scale jobs, operate machinery etc.
Landscaper - Assist the team leaders to complete work to a high quality. Understanding all areas of landscaping and levels.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in landscaping or civil works (preferred but not essential)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Current Driver's Licence (MR licence or higher a bonus )
Experience operating bobcats/skid steers and excavators also a bonus
Good communication skills and professional presentation
A hardworking, reliable and motivated attitude
White Card
Police Check
Working With Children Check
Excellent pay, negotiable based on experience
Monthly RDO
Ongoing growth and development opportunities
Work with a tight-knit team that values quality and hard work
Our goal is for these positions to transition to full time, with a 6-month probationary period. There may be a casual period at the beginning while we make sure it's the right fit for both you and the team.
