Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced National Business Manager for Coles.
**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Coles you will have one direct report, a National Account Executive and be responsible for the development and implementation of effective short
- and long-term strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets and performance KPI's. This role requires influence and the ability to build strong relationships, as well as the ability to coach and develop our Coles account team.
**Other key responsibilities include**
- Maximising commercial initiatives and customer business plans to maximise growth targets across the Coles customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver promotional, revenue management and brand strategies to maximise brand share, and optimise ROI and commercial delivery.
- Lead point of contact with CSD buyer and manages business with the assistance of their direct report (NAE - Key Accounts)
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and deliver the budgeted sales result
- Lead on relevant JBP initiatives, monthly reporting, forecasting and day to day co-ordination and execution of the customer plan
- Partner with demand planning to ensure customer centric supply chain collaboration
**About You**
- Degree qualified
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG sales and marketing
- Experience at the Senior National Account Management or National Business Management level
- Strong track record in leading and coaching teams and influencing others to deliver required results
- Commercial acumen to effectively manage the challenges of sales volume, margin and market share growth
- Passion and enthusiasm for success and results
