Administration / Personal Assistant
PDR Energy Group is expanding and we're looking for a highly capable, proactive Administration / Personal Assistant to join our growing operation on the Gold Coast.
Based in Arundel, we're a family-owned business with over a decade of service and more than 30 years of combined trade experience. We specialise in premium residential solar, battery storage, switchboard upgrades, and compliance-focused installations across South East Queensland.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, able to work autonomously, spots problems before they arise and genuinely enjoys making a business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Daily duties will include:
* Managing scheduling, bookings and job allocations
* Liaising with customers from enquiry through to completion
* Preparing quotes, invoices and documentation
* Handling emails, phone calls and general admin
* Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers
* Managing compliance paperwork and job files
* Supporting field teams and installers
* Maintaining CRM systems and databases
* Improving internal processes and workflows
* Acting as the primary support to the Director
* Taking initiative to identify gaps, inefficiencies and solutions
* Keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day

Requirements
* Proven experience in administration, office management or PA roles
* Strong computer skills (Xero / Simpro experience desirable)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Professional phone manner and written communication
* Previous experience in trades, construction, or solar industries highly regarded (but not essential)
