The Role
This position involves guiding and coordinating clients' journeys as they return to daily life after a psychological injury. The successful candidate will use their training and skills to manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, provide health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.
* Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases and providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support
* Performing vocational assessments both in-person and virtually
* Creating networks with employers within the region
* Using psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes
