The role is full time Sunday - Thursday with an annual salary of $61,806 + Super entitlements.

Key responsibilities
As Assistant Manager you are responsible for representing the Goodbyes values and working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Goodbyes policies and procedures are being met in your store and across the team.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Support the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures are followed.
Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Assist the Store Manager in conducting performance evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supporting the Store Manager with member and customer relations and enquiries
Leading pricing and quality control in your team to ensure pricing KPIs are met and the team is following best practice procedures.
Who you are
Previous experience in a similar role or experience managing retail stores is preferable.
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Adaptable and proactive, able to tackle challenges and implement solutions effectively.
Skilled in training and developing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Appreciation for fashion and intentional shopping
