Evergreen is a dynamic not for profit Aged Care provider located in West Gosford. Evergreen serves the needs of approximately 100 residents in Evergreen Lodge and an additional 149 residents in Evergreen Village.

We are seeking dedicated Care Service Employees for part-time and casual shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with availability on weekdays.

Specific responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
You excel in teamwork.
You possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
You have six months of experience in aged care.
You are proficient in computer skills, including Outlook and electronic documentation systems.
You demonstrate compassion and respect towards the elderly.
You have a solid understanding of person led care.

Essentials
* Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support
* Cert lV in Aged Care
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
