In this pivotal role, you will empower clinical staff with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain best practice standards, ultimately driving improvements in resident care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver clinical education programs to nursing and care teams. Provide mentorship and hands-on training to support staff development. Oversee new staff orientation and induction programs, ensuring clinical competency. Assist with managing the Online Learning Platform, including content review and administration. Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements. Support quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical performance metrics. Collaborate with Home Managers, Clinical Coordinators, and the Leadership Team to enhance education strategies. Participate in sub-committees, including the Clinical Governance Committee. Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Certificate IV in Training and Assessment MUST be able to work fully onsite. 3–5 years of clinical experience within residential aged care Proven track record in delivering clinical education, training, or mentoring Comfortable working in fast-paced aged care settings Experience engaging with multidisciplinary clinical teams In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulatory frameworks Skilled in developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities Strong organisational and time management skills with the capacity to juggle competing priorities Genuine passion for aged care and enhancing residents' quality of life Team-oriented, collaborative mindset High professional and ethical standards Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team Current National Police Certificate and Driver’s Licence (travel between homes required).
