What You’ll Do
An exciting new Retail Pharmacy Technician position is available at Ramsay Pharmacy Toowoomba. This is permanent full-time position on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts.
* Accurate checking of inward goods against supplier invoice and goods receipting
* Accurate placement of goods received in dispensary including refrigerated items
* Accurate barcode and location lists in the dispensary and ward imprests, accurate labelling on shelves
* Participate in stock takes
* Rotate stock, monitor expiry dates and review stock levels in the dispensary and ward imprests
* Accurate management of pharmaceutical waste and packaging materials
* Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary
* Strive to provide specialised patient care to our valued patients and customers

We are seeking someone with the following attributes or experience :
* A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
* Good computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software and Microsoft Office 365
* Exemplary customer service ethic
* High attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
* You must be focused on customer service and able to demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills.
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
* A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
