High net worth property parenting disputes Multiple parenting claims (custody non-custody) Matters with criminal and legal crossover Trusts, businesses non-PAYG financial environments Multi-entity ownership structures The Successful Applicant 4+ years PQE (Senior Associate level) Strong technical Family Law experience Confident managing complex files autonomously Commercial, client-focused and highly organised Driven to grow and be part of a long-term career journey What's on Offer Competitive salary package between AUD 150,000 and AUD 200,000 plus super plus bonus.
