We are currently seeking a Lodgement Officer to join our Communication Services unit based in Port Melbourne. The role exists to ensure mail packs are presented for timely and accurate lodgement with Australia Post and other mail providers.

**A role you will love**
To be successful in this role, you will need to commit to day shift from 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure lodgement documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure jobs are lodged accurately with Australia Post and reconciled
- Inspect and audit mail packs to ensure quality and accuracy
- Management, administration and dispute resolution of Australia Post issues register
- Arrange booking of transport and Australia Post Staffing levels
- Make arrangements as required to facilitate lodgement at other sites or outsourced locations
- Ensure each job bag has all documentation completed and number of mail packs as well as archive all job bags
- Reconcile courier invoices
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience in structured production workplace
- Experience working with computer systems
- Exposure to fluctuating workloads, with peak periods, involving shift-work and overtime
- Demonstrated capability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks while achieving successful outcomes
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously and unsupervised
- VCE or relevant trade qualification will be well regarded
