Business Development Manager - East Coast
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager based anywhere on the East Coast to drive growth and adoption of innovative digital tools, transforming how Australian Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) plan, operate, and manage their low-voltage (LV) networks.
About the role
- Drive adoption of modelling, planning, and real-time monitoring solutions with DNSPs
- Streamline connection design and network monitoring for LV planning teams
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to commercial and technical drivers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deploy solutions and grow recurring revenue
About you
- Experience with or selling to Australian DNSPs is essential, with knowledge of LV networks and DER integration
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales in regulated utilities
- Commercially driven communicator, engaging technical and strategic stakeholders
- Background in LV planning, connections, network analysis, or vendor-side technology sales
Success in the role
- Building and progressing a qualified DNSP pipeline
- Securing at least two major DNSP engagements within 6–12 months
- Demonstrated impact on ARR growth and customer success
- Helping pave the way for broader market expansion across the energy network sector
