About the Role:
The Department of Education is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the efficient delivery of recruitment activities across its corporate workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide recruitment advice and support, advertise opportunities, manage pre-employment checks, draft and issue offers, and ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment process in a timely manner.
2. Work with the broader recruitment team to respond to recruitment requests and queries, provide advice, and ensure processes align with VPS policy.
3. Contribute to implementing an innovative operating model to introduce more efficient work methods and enhance service delivery to stakeholders.
About You:
* You bring experience in recruitment and a track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments that balance quality services with policy compliance.
* Your collaborative approach will enable you to build positive relationships and work effectively with other areas of the department.
* A strong knowledge and understanding of Victorian Public Sector HR policies and practices is highly desirable.
