We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused professional to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC). This role offers variety, a dynamic environment, and requires being on your feet. * Creating a friendly environment and delivering positive resident experiences
* Handling enquiries related to residency, studies, and wellbeing
* Monitoring and reporting safety and wellbeing concerns
* Performing administrative duties such as mail handling and filing
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in reception or hospitality is advantageous
* Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* High computer literacy and adaptability to new systems
* A caring attitude
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
* Recent Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
* Availability for 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday
