We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our services. In this leadership role, you will supervise and support a team of staff members, ensuring the smooth delivery of safe, inclusive, and engaging programs for primary school-aged children.
The successful candidate will have:
* A relevant Diploma or Degree in a similar field and/or 5+ years of experience in a similar coordination role
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, My Time Our Place, and Family Assistance Law
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Experience coordinating programming, compliance, rostering, and service operations
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
This is a key position within our organisation, requiring a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Oversseeing multiple services as the Nominated Supervisor, Responsible Person, and Educational Leader
* Leading and mentoring a team of staff members, ensuring services meet regulatory requirements and quality standards
* Developing and monitoring programming that reflects the My Time Our Place framework and meets the diverse needs of children
* Coordinating rostering, staff development, risk management, and budgeting in collaboration with senior management
* Liaising with families, schools, community organisations, and external agencies to support child wellbeing and inclusion

This is a permanent part-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (negotiable). Travel required across the region. A motor vehicle is provided, with reasonable private use permitted under organisational policy.
