We are seeking a Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on hard FM contracts, specifically train station maintenance along the East Coast.
Job Overview
This role involves overseeing electrical preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and adhering to strict health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical PPMs including inspection, testing and certification
* Leading a team of electricians in maintaining high standards of service delivery
* Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in electrical maintenance.
Requirements
* 18th Edition qualification or higher
* Extensive experience in FM or building maintenance, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
* Working knowledge of SFG20 guidelines
* Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
