**The team**
Our national workplace team has a diverse and well-established client base, including employers in Australia across the public and private sector, including State and Local Government, Health, Aged Care, Education, Resources, Agribusiness, Finance, Insurance and Tech.
A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced Associate with expertise in industrial relations and labour regulation matters to join our team. You will work closely with Kathy Reid, Craig Boyle, national partners and senior lawyers in the team.
**What you need**
- have 3-5 years' experience in employment, industrial relations, or work health and safety;
- a similar level of experience in high level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law;
- are personally well organised
- have a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers;
- work in a collaborative environment;
- are resilient and committed to excellence that matches our own; and
- take pride in their work and who they work for.
