Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Midwife to join our team in the Special Care Nursery. The successful candidate will have a passion for neonatal care and demonstrate clinical competence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing/midwifery care for newborns requiring specialised or transitional care. They will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the medical and allied health team. The candidate must also provide family-centred care, supporting and educating parents throughout their infant's SCN journey.
