We're on the hunt for a skilled Final Trim Loader Operator to become part of our civil construction team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
* Conduct pre‐start checks on all equipment and report any faults or issues.
* Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes and to the required standards.
* Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on site.
* Operate loaders for loading dump trucks, prepping road bases and trimming house pads.
* Use GPS for accurate load placement.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in civil construction, specifically operating loaders alongside graders.
* Relevant machinery tickets and licenses.
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Benefits
* $42 - $46 per hour plus penalties, with meal and travel allowance.
* 10 hour days, weekend work.
