: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian for a fly-in, fly-out position that offers exceptional flexibility, continuity of care, and a strong team environment. This role follows a structured two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off roster, providing the opportunity to enjoy meaningful clinical work while maintaining extended time away from work to recharge.
The position is based within a supportive regional clinic delivering a varied companion animal caseload. During on-roster periods, the veterinarian works closely with skilled colleagues in a collaborative setting that encourages shared learning, clear communication, and consistent standards of care. In This Position, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Providing high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animal patients
* Managing consultations and case workups with efficiency and clinical confidence
* Working collaboratively with veterinarians and nurses to ensure continuity of care
* Participating in supported after-hours arrangements during rostered periods
* Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members
Qualifications Needed
* Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Queensland
* Solid experience in small animal general practice
* Confidence managing a busy caseload independently when required
* Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset
* Commitment to delivering consistent, high clinical standards
