Job Summary
A growing HVAC solutions provider is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to expand business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships. This role focuses on developing new accounts, assessing customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth of the commercial HVAC business within an assigned territory
* Identify and target prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
* Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and recommend HVAC systems, products, and services
* Prepare competitive proposals with equipment specifications, pricing, and timelines
* Partner with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with profitability and customer satisfaction goals
* Maintain accurate sales activity and client records in CRM
* Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and competitor offerings
* Represent the organization at trade shows, association meetings, and community events
* Provide post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, or a related technical field
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid driver's license required
