As a Supply Chain Intern at Versuni Sydney, you will support the fulfillment and logistics team while a core member transitions to a demand planning role. You will gain hands‐on experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics tracking, contributing directly to the smooth flow of goods and operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to both the analytical and operational sides of supply chain management, giving you the opportunity to work on real processes that ensure timely delivery and support business continuity.
The Impact You'll Make
* Track inbound shipments and provide 100% on‐time updates to stakeholders within 24 hours of supplier/forwarder notifications
* Validate and submit inbound haulage invoices for processing
* File and manage damaged inbound claims and F‐box claims
* Assist demand planner in blocking/unblocking inventory in POPI/allocation processes
* Act as back‐up for the Fulfillment Specialist role, ensuring seamless execution of supply chain activities
The Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables); Power BI knowledge is a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Detail‐oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields
* Passion for consumer goods, appliances, or retail operations
