Sales Representative – Construction Labour Hire Full-time | Sydney We're working with a well-established provider in the construction and civil sector to find an experienced Sales Representative who's confident building strong client relationships and driving commercial growth.

About the Role You'll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients across construction, civil, infrastructure and traffic management.
This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from first contact through to delivery.
What you'll be doing Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients Identifying growth opportunities and presenting labour hire/workforce solutions Meeting with clients on-site to understand labour requirements and tailor offerings Negotiating agreements and managing queries with professionalism and clarity Monitoring tender portals, coordinating submissions and supporting pricing/compliance documents Providing market insights and reporting through KPIs, dashboards and CRM updates Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and client satisfaction What you'll bring Minimum 5 years' experience in sales within construction, civil, industrial or labour hire Confidence influencing, negotiating and building long-term client relationships Strong understanding of the construction market and workforce requirements Proactive, organised and commercially minded approach Comfortable managing tenders, site visits and occasional escalation conversations KPI and CRM experience — familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus What's on Offer A supportive team environment and a business that values integrity and strong relationships Autonomy to own your territory and make the role your own Exposure to a broad range of construction and civil clients Clear opportunities to grow and develop your sales career Regular team events and industry networking opportunities If you're a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in construction or labour hire, we'd love to chat.
