Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Professional to fill the position of Solutions Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering value to clients through innovative solutions.

* Ability to identify and articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.
* Experience and understanding of cutting-edge technologies underpinning business transformation with the ability to derive high-level solutions from these technologies.
* Conduct assessments of clients' existing environment, and influence on strategies and solutions that will drive tangible business outcomes.
* Break down complex challenges into tangible solutions including solution design, business case and delivery planning.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
1. Deliver Client Solutions:
o Design tailored and innovative solutions that meet the specific needs across a diverse range of technologies, being able to prototype or demo solution concepts.
o Uplift business processes, operating models and ways of working driving tangible results.
o Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and the ability to deliver outcomes that meet client needs and wants.
o Ability to articulate high-level estimates (ROM) and advise on commercial or execution risk of the solutions.
2. Relationship and Stakeholder Management:
o Build strategic, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients.
o Establish relationships with peers, leaders, technical and delivery teams.
o Act as a trusted advisor, providing advisory support throughout the sales and implementation phases of client engagement.
o Work with technology partners to facilitate solutions with third-party solutions.
o Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Pre-Sales Activities:
o Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that meet client needs.
o Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, the broader industry and outcomes they are trying to solve.
o Develop and present proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
o Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with business goals.
o Support strategic pursuits.


Requirements

* Background and experience in one or several of our core technical domains, Cloud, Digital, Data or Security.
* Executive level written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of the development of strategies and proposals for endorsement by executive teams and boards.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
