Overview
We are seeking an experienced family lawyer with a minimum of five years PAE to join our boutique Gold Coast practice. The role offers complex, high‑stakes matters across property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, domestic violence and mediation.
Responsibilities
* Run complex family law matters autonomously while providing strong team support.
* Draft agreements and applications, represent clients in mediations and court, and offer clarity when stakes are high.
* Guide clients through challenging times with confidence and empathy.
* Mentor junior lawyers, shaping the firm’s future direction.
Qualifications
* Minimum five years of PAE in family law.
* Depth across property and parenting matters.
* Strong communication skills that inspire trust and secure results.
* Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork and maintain composure under pressure.
