About the Role
We are building a remote operations and estimating support team to strengthen our project delivery capability. This role is critical in supporting our on-the-ground teams working on major renewable energy and construction projects across Western Australia. You will ensure smooth workflows, accurate job costing, and timely scheduling, all while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Support field teams by managing job data, schedules, and resources.
* Prepare and review estimates using SimPRO.
* Track job progress and financial performance.
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with KPIs.
* Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
* Experience in estimating, scheduling, or operations management (construction, electrical, or renewables preferred).
* Strong proficiency with job management platforms (SimPRO experience highly regarded).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
