MEGA Resources is a mine owner with an in-house service team, operating two gold mines across Western Australia.
With a strong focus on safety, reliability and performance, we are expanding our Project & Asset Support Division and seeking experienced trades to grow with us. We are looking to bring new team members on board as soon as possible.
What we Offer:
* 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth to MEGA Resources projects
* Permanent full time
* Competitive hourly rate: $70–$85 per hour (casual rates also available)
* Superannuation paid on all hours worked

About the Role:
As part of our Field Service Team, you will support multiple MEGA Resources sites across WA. You'll be provided with a fully equipped field service boilermaker support truck and play a key hands-on role in the repair, overhaul and rebuild of buckets, blades and dump trays across our mobile fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Structural repairs, maintenance and rebuilds of mining equipment attachments
* High-standard fabrication and welding in line with site specifications
* Planned and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Supporting the growth and development of MEGA's Boilermaking Division
What we're looking for:
* Available to start immediately - Highly Desired
* Trade qualified Boilermaker / Welder
* Proven experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment (buckets, blades, trays)
* Ability to work autonomously in the field and collaboratively within a team
* Strong commitment to safety, quality and reliable workmanship
* Confident communicator
* MR Licence – required
* HRWL, Working at Heights & EWP – desirable
