**About the Role**
You will be joining one of the essential tech teams at BOQ as a Test Lead. BOQ is currently enjoying a rapid of period growth due to large scale funding to make BOQ the digital bank of the future with a personal touch. We are currently running a large scale tech transformation which includes technology uplifts across the business in core banking, payments and our digital platforms which involve major cloud projects.
The Test Lead will work collaboratively with Business users, and project teams as a conduit for effective knowledge transfer and communication.
**About you**
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Test Lead within the financial services industry.
- Strong IT Testing experience & understanding of the SDLC.
- Demonstrated experience with Waterfall, Scrum and Incremental/Iterative Software Delivery methodologies.
- Experience & knowledge of Testing Tools - qTest, Jira, Confluence etc.
- Expertise in test status reporting, test documentation & knowledge sharing
- Extensive experience in software testing for cards and payments.
- Proven ability to manage user expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practice
