The Resonate Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, data visualization etc to deliver actionable insights to leading companies.
On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Junior Technical Support Engineer to strengthen the team in our Sydney office.
In this position, you will provide a crucial user and infrastructure support function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding and offboarding (user accounts, devices, system access)
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Enforce and manage security controls including MFA, conditional access and compliance policies
• Manage endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune) and device configuration/compliance
• Provision and revoke access to internal and SaaS platforms
• Maintain company laptop pool and asset register
• Purchase and manage hardware and software licensing
• Conduct annual hardware and software audits
• Manage email setup, domains, and DNS changes
• Support office Wi-Fi and internet connectivity
• Provide day-to-day internal IT support
Requirements:
• Degree or tertiary qualification in IT, networking, computer science or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and endpoint management experience
• Experience with security controls such as MFA and device compliance policies
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-paced business
• Understand and adhere to SLA constraints
