The Role
The Research & Operations Analyst will be responsible for the operational support of the Voice of Customer program and a number of ad hoc quantitative customer and consumer studies.
Key responsibilities:
4. Provide project support for Quantitative Market Research Projects
5. Monitoring and cleaning survey data
6. Scripting and deploying surveys using Qualtrics
7. Troubleshooting, Resolving issues, Manage the communications and day to day response with Qualtrics, internal data & IT teams
8. Liaising with data teams and external partners for timely data extraction and survey delivery
9. Tracking and reporting status of research initiatives
10. General fieldwork and sample provider management
11. Acting as the primary contact point between the business and partner agencies to ensure data is provided, scripts are signed off and surveys are working as they should
12. Research design support on occasion
You will have:
13. Circa 3-4 years' + experience within a Research Agency/Operations focused role,
14. Experience in Qualtrics or similar Survey development platforms,
15. Experience in large Voice of Customer surveys and complex data scripting
16. Demonstrated skills Microsoft Office and familiarity with using data visualisation software such as Tableau
17. Experience and understanding of data collection and surveys,
18. Exposure to Tableau and other reporting tools
19. Excellent communicator and engagement skills
