Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for an energetic and driven Training Specialist to join their team! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in developing and facilitating system, process and skills training for Samsung Electronics Australia staff and associated partners.
Responsibilities
* Assess training needs, identify gaps and address issues.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant materials.
* Coordinate and execute training plans, both face-to-face and virtually.
* Gather feedback and provide post-training delivery analysis.
* Respond to and follow up training requirement via email, phone and site visits.
* Attend training sessions to facilitate training on thereafter.
* Nurture business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar.
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
* Desire to develop and facilitate training of the highest quality.
* Excellent presentation skills to audiences of all sizes.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills.
