Lead Venue Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to assume the role of Lead Venue Manager.

Developing and executing strategic plans to optimize venue performance.
Managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.

Key qualifications include:
Minimum 5 years senior management experience in multi-venue settings.
Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications include:
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management.
