We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager at our Yeppoon Travel Centre.
About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and operational excellence. Your key objectives will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently;
* Selling merchandise effectively through strategies such as visual merchandising, stock management, pricing advice and conducting product demonstrations;
In addition to these responsibilities, your leadership skills will enable you to successfully manage inventory levels by maintaining accurate stock counts on hand at all times whilst also making recommendations regarding pricing strategy adjustments when needed!
