About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Area Manager to join our client's Hobart team and lead by example in a dual clinical and leadership role. You will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and supporting a team of physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of clinical care and team performance. This leadership role is structured around four key quadrants:
* Staff Performance – Drive accountability through performance metrics, clinical policies, and high service standards
* Staff Retention – Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture
* Staff Development – Support career growth and clinical development for each team member
* Clinical Caseload – Maintain a minimum of 21 billable hours per week to lead by example

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
* Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Check & Police Check
* Current Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
* Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations as needed
