A unique opportunity for a polished **Hospitality Manager** to lead a large team across all catering operations, retail, boarding and high-end functions whilst managing the bottom line and ensuring we uphold our impeccable service standards. This role is located in Kensington and the hours are more conducive to a better work/life balance. This opportunity will suit an experienced manager with high energy and the ability to maintain a strong client partnership whilst delivering exceptional service and developing a stellar team.
**Key Duties**
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Catering and service within in a retail and boarding setting /including high end functions
- Maintain effective client and business relationships
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff
**The Person**:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in a contract catering management
- Previous event management or coordination is advantageous
- Able to generate quotes, service and deliver a successful range of events
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is positive and supportive
- A Foodie at heart!!
